Rebar straightening and cutting machine

GT4-14 straightening and cutting machine is suitable for straightening φ4--φ14mm steel bar, at the same time it has the automatic turnoff function. This machine has characteristics of quick straightening speed, slight error of cut length, high production efficiency, simple operation, stable performance, safety and reliability. It also is equipped the BHO-S-J electric motor synthesis protector and the XJ series break phase and foreword protection relay in the electric appliance box in order to protect availably the electromotor from lacking phase and overload during working. It will cut off the power automatically if the foreword is wrong in the connection to guarantee the electromotor will not reverse, thus make sure the machine is safer and more reliable.

The straightening tube is driven by the electric motor ( 10 )  to straighten the steel bar. The steel bars straightened are drawn by haulage wheel passing through the notch of cut gear to the withstanding trough of withstanding frame. When the peak of steel bar touch the spacing switch frame, the key-on causes the coupling of the cut gear jointed then the cut gear revolves 120°~ to cut the steel bars which then fall on the withstanding carriage. The haulage cut organization (11) is actuated by the electric motor.
